Hello,

Now that it gets colder outside, we would like to remind you never to turn off the radiators completely - the thermostats should be set at 2 or higher.

The water circulation in the radiators must not become stagnant when cold outdoor air is drawn in behind the radiator. There is a risk that the radiator freezes, leading to water leakage!

To reduce the risk of radiator freezing, please do not turn the thermostats down lower than the marking 2 and ensure that furniture does not obstruct the radiator, preventing air from circulating around it.

It is important to check this:

• when the outdoor temperature is below +5 degrees Celsius,
• when weather forecasts indicate a cold period,
• when you are away for a period and the apartment is empty.
